Common questions
When are IGCSE Maths mock exams?
Your school sets the dates. Many schools hold Year 11 mocks between November and February; check your school calendar or ask your teacher.
What is on an IGCSE Maths mock?
Most schools set two full papers in the real format for your course and tier: 1H and 2H or 1F and 2F for Edexcel 4MA1, Papers 2 and 4 (Extended) or Papers 1 and 3 (Core) for Cambridge 0580. Pick your course above for times, marks and calculator rules.
Which IGCSE Maths papers are non-calculator?
For Cambridge 0580 (2025 syllabus), Paper 1 (Core) and Paper 2 (Extended) are non-calculator. Both Edexcel 4MA1 papers allow a calculator, at Higher and Foundation.
How should I revise for an IGCSE Maths mock?
Sit one paper timed, mark it and list the topics where you lost marks. Fix those with exam-style questions, then sit the second paper. Each course guide has a 2-week plan that does this.
Are these official exam board papers?
The past papers we link are the boards' own. Our practice exams and questions are written by us. This site is independent of Pearson Edexcel and Cambridge International.
