Questions about 0606

Is there a calculator in IGCSE Additional Maths 0606?

Paper 1 is non-calculator. A scientific calculator is required for Paper 2. Each paper is 2 hours, 80 marks and half of the grade.

What grades can I get in 0606?

Grades A* to E. There are no F or G grades, so a result below E is ungraded. Every candidate sits both papers (there are no tiers).

When are the 0606 exams?

In June and November, and in March in India. Check the dates with your exams officer and on Cambridge's timetable.

Is the 0606 syllabus changing?

The current syllabus is for exams in 2025, 2026 and 2027. Cambridge has published the syllabus for 2028 to 2030 and says there are no significant changes that affect teaching.
