Fair use in short: use the site for your own study (or your own teaching with a school account). Don't share your login or scrape the content.

1. Who we are

igcsemathrevision.com is operated by Pete Bromfield (UK sole trader). It is one of the Math Revision sites he runs (listed in the footer); they share one sign-in system and database. Contact: pbromfield@ibmathrevision.com.

2. What you can do

• Use the site for personal study, or teach with it if your school has access.
• Print worksheets and tests for your own classroom where a print button is offered.
• Share links to the public pages freely.

3. What you can't do

• Share your login. Accounts are personal: one account is for one person, and it can be used on up to 5 devices. You can remove a device on your account page (up to 3 removals in any 30 days; after that, email us and we’ll help).
• Scrape or bulk-download the question banks, mark schemes or notes.
• Republish our questions or solutions elsewhere without written permission.
• Misuse the AI features (rate limits apply per account).

4. Plans, trials and refunds

A free account opens the formula guide, revision notes, question of the day, the past-paper hub and a preview of every unit. Student plans (IGCSE Essentials and IGCSE Pro, prices here, in pounds) renew each month or year until you cancel; individual plans bought at checkout start with 7 free days (your card is not charged until day 7), and cancelling before then costs nothing. You can cancel at any time from your account and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If you are not satisfied, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or of buying an exam pass, and we'll refund you in full, even if you've used the site. Our refund policy is part of these terms and sets out renewals, school plans and how to ask. Where offered, an exam pass (£55 Essentials, £119 Pro) is a single payment for everything in that plan until 14 days after the last exam of the series you choose at checkout; the end date is shown before you pay and in your receipt, it does not renew, and it can't be bought while an IGCSE plan of yours is set to renew. School plans are yearly licences for a set number of student seats; they renew until cancelled. Teachers use the teacher tools free, and the pilot school keeps its access. 5. Independence

This site is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by Pearson Edexcel. Board and qualification names are used only to describe the syllabus covered.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability, but the site is provided as-is. We can't control outages at our hosting or payment providers.

7. Changes

If we change these terms in a material way, we'll email account holders at least 14 days before the change takes effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
