Refund policy

Last updated: 27 September 2026

In short: Try the site free for 7 days, no card needed. If you buy a plan or an exam pass and you’re not satisfied, email us within 14 days of paying and we’ll refund you in full, even if you’ve used it. Plans renew until you cancel; cancel any time and you keep access to the end of the period you’ve paid for.

1. Free trial

New accounts get 7 days of full access free. No card is needed, nothing is charged and there is nothing to cancel.

A plan you buy at checkout (IGCSE Essentials or IGCSE Pro) also starts with 7 free days. Your card is taken at checkout but not charged until day 7. Cancel before then from your account and you pay nothing.

2. 14-day money-back

Not satisfied? Email us within 14 days and we’ll refund you in full, whether or not you’ve used the site. The 14 days start:

When a refund is issued, the plan or pass it paid for ends automatically and its paid access stops. Your account, your progress and the free parts of the site stay.

4. If something doesn’t work

If something you paid for doesn’t work as described, tell us. We’ll fix it, and if we can’t within a reasonable time, we’ll refund some or all of what you paid. Charged twice by mistake? We refund the duplicate whenever you notice.

5. How to ask for a refund

Email pbromfield@ibmathrevision.com with:

No form, no questions you have to answer. The account holder or the person who paid (for example a parent) can ask. We reply within 3 working days.

6. When the money arrives

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with, in the currency you paid, through our payment provider Stripe. There is no fee. After we send a refund, banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.

All our sites share one payment account, so your statement may show “IB Math Revision” as the merchant.

7. School plans

A school plan is bought by a school, not by a consumer, so these terms apply to it instead of consumer cancellation rights.

8. Card disputes

If you don’t recognise a charge, please email us before you contact your bank. It’s usually the quickest way to sort it out.

9. Your legal rights

If you live in the UK or the EU, the law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases. Our money-back goes further for plans, passes and one-off purchases, because it applies even after you’ve used them. Nothing in this policy takes away your legal rights, including your rights if digital content is faulty (in the UK, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
